The theme of the project was to develop a new business line based on the generation of an architectural device, on offer in rent, which could contain multifaceted application option 24/7.
The plot is situated on the shores of the East River, which is the limit of East Manhattan. The Brooklyn Bridge is on the Eastern side of the plot. The Franklin Delano Roosvelt Highway that circles the entire island is on the south side. There is a parking lot under the highway, and a few meters from the plot there is space used for fairs and exhibitions. The aim of the building is to create a new connection between the Brooklyn bridge and the ground floor, making a mix between architecture and infrastructure. All the uses are brought together around the principal axis made. The city and the building profit from the new link created.
